Anyone who purchases a ticket must have their 18th birthday on OR before January 1st, 2009. Prior to awarding prizes, all winning contestants will have their age verified.

Scenes chosen by the winner are subject to the pornstar's approval.

Any buyer of a ticket or tickets, may offer their ticket(s) for resale at their own adjusted price. Winning tickets cannot be resold.

All winners will be selected at the 2009 AVN Adult Entertainment Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada. You do not have to be present in order to win.

Winning contestants have ONE YEAR (12 months) to claim their prize. Adjust it to your vacation time, free time, or whatever.

If a winner is chosen from a foreign country, you must have applicable documents, passports, and visas, to collect your prizes.

All prizes are NOT redeemable for cash value.

Tickets purchased at the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo will only be available either until 1 Million tickets are sold, and/or an eight hour time span.
